When and how will I receive my income?
Airbnb directly deposits payments into your bank account as soon as guests check into your property. For other platforms, the payment process varies; typically, these earnings are first received by Moa u0026amp; Kin and then disbursed to your bank account at each month’s end.
How do Moa u0026amp; Kin collect their fee?
Each month, Moa u0026amp; Kin will send you an invoice detailing the commission and any related cleaning fees from bookings. We request that payments be made through bank transfer within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
Can I cancel my arrangement with Moa u0026amp; Kin?
You have the flexibility to terminate your agreement with us whenever you choose, needing only to provide a 30-day written notice.
How long does it take to get set up?
The initiation of the process is at your convenience. Once you’re ready, we at Moa u0026amp; Kin are committed to efficiently completing the onboarding process, aiming to have your Airbnb listings up and running within 7 days of receiving your go-ahead.
