What channels will my property be listed on?

Utilizing a top-tier channel manager, Moa & Kin ensure your property is prominently listed on several platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO, broadening your reach in Christchurch. How do guests check in?

Moa u0026amp; Kin simplifies the check-in procedure with automated solutions such as ‘keysafes’, elevating ease of access and listing effectiveness. These keysafes are sturdy metal safes secured by combination locks. By communicating with guests before arrival, we ensure flexible check-in times, perfectly suiting international travellers and business guests.

How will I know my Airbnb is performing?

Through Moa u0026amp; Kin, you gain access to a customized dashboard, enabling you to track key performance indicators daily, including revenue, number of guests, occupancy rates, and additional vital metrics.

When and how will I receive my income?

Airbnb directly deposits payments into your bank account as soon as guests check into your property. For other platforms, the payment process varies; typically, these earnings are first received by Moa u0026amp; Kin and then disbursed to your bank account at each month’s end.

How do Moa and Kin collect their fee?

For Airbnb bookings, we take a percentage of the payout amount. For bookings made through other platforms (such as Booking.com or VRBO), we collect the payment on behalf of our clients and then disburse the remaining funds to them, less our commission.

Can I cancel my arrangement with Moa and Kin?

You have the flexibility to terminate your agreement with us whenever you choose, needing only to provide a 30-day written notice.

How long does it take to get set up?

The initiation of the process is at your convenience. Once you’re ready, we at Moa u0026amp; Kin are committed to efficiently completing the onboarding process, aiming to have your Airbnb listings up and running within 7 days of receiving your go-ahead.
